Just over two years of marriage and my wife is now a fat. Probably gained 30 lbs. She gets pissed even if I just tell her the idea of us going exercise together. I put her in a diet and she just eats behind my back.

I should have listened to red pill advice /pol/ now I'm miserable. It seems I'm stuck with this person beyond my control. She keeps on saying I should love her unconditionally and she loves me for what I am why can't I accept her. I can't divorce her since I will be ruined financially. My wife put on weight after a difficult pregnancy. Its falling off now, but due to breast feeding and lingering fat deposits she now has huge boobs. She also loves all the attention I give to her boobs now.
