They will get it in the long run. They want Gaza to replace the Suez Canal and they say the coast of Gaza has oil and natural gas lurking beneath the ground. The Arab states + Blair + Kushner are going to rebuild Gaza into a mini Dubai and force things like welfare onto the Gazans to keep them in line. Hamas won’t survive this process. China taking Hong Kong back shows that it’s best to take something without firing a bullet, Israel will eventually take a new Gaza without firing a mortar shell, they did the hard part which was leveling the old Gaza

They capped out, bit off more than they could chew. And the backlash is going to be catastrophic - they have internal instability already, and now a whole generation of young neighbors they've angered with their conduct.
