The only writing I truly hate is that which makes a point I broadly agree with badly. This person wrote a whole ass comic without realizing it was shit. Just a couple points:

Absolute gibberish as written. Even parsing out the most likely intended point, it's wrong. Fascist groups obviously fell in influence after being discredited, and militia groups were for the most part antifascist until being coopted quite recently. Fascist groups never completely disappeared, often getting some legitimacy from their continued anticommunism, but not even now can their growth be called exponential - and a lot of their growth is more people being accepting of authoritarianism and strong man politics without a real supporting ideology.
