I think Trump genuinely admires McDonalds as the epitome of Americana. It also tastes pretty good if you can find a good branch. I love how he makes people think hes constantly gorging on burgers and coke every day. Must make him laugh

The thing I dont understand about Trump always getting McDonalds is how long these orders have to be sitting around these orders have to have been sitting around for absolute minimum 1hr if not 2 or 3 by time people take them out of their boxes and eat them.
