They have the vibrating dildos at the end of the aisle with the period pads/tampons at my local Walmart so whenever my gf is on the rag I'll grab the biggest dildo and a random size pad box then shout "you sure this will fit?" from across the aisle. There's always at least 3 women and occasionally a guy who turn and look, realize what I'm holding, then look back laughing at my embarrassed gf who runs away every single time. Been doing this for nearly 2 years now and it never gets old
