To elaborate it explicitly: Israel doesn't have a constitution like the United States. Instead, it has a "Basic Law" which contains various legal precepts which should in future be contained within a theoretical constitution. The biggest recent scam jews have pulled is equating Fascism with wanting a Homogeneous society. Or closed borders. Or even just a strict naturalization process. Or let me put it another way. They were all literally ethnostates with varying degrees of tolerable immigration.

These two things are not the same at all. During the 40s when real nazis existed every nation on earth had a closed border with some kind of immigration policy. Chinas borders are more or less like that today still. And they aren't considered fascist they are considered communist.

A "Zionist gentile lib" is only creating the contradiction on purpose because they are pushing the overton window to open borders. Whether they are right, wrong or just crazy is irrelevant. It creates the perception that closed borders are fascism.
