If you are actually in busiiness your boat will look like it, you will have nets, tackle, a radar, winches, a hold to carry your catch. In neither case will you have a cigarette boat with a bunch of armed men standing on deck with nothing to do but scan the horizon for threats, with no fishing gear or fish or hold capable of carrying fish in sight.

Nah you don't get it. It's more efficient to just blow up the boats. Military obviously knows who they are and where they come from. Each boat is a significant investment especially counting the cargo. Plus it costs us nothing at all, if the military isn't flying actual missions they are still flying and shooting at targets and shit. Everybody's on salary and they have to use up so much ammo per year.
