How come 84% of black eight graders in the US cant read? It sounds almost absurd when you hear it. If I go to a middle school and take 100 black kids only 16 of them can read a fucking book?

It used to be that the clinical definition of mentally retarded was having an IQ of 85 or lower (one standard deviation below the mean of 100). But so many black Americans met that criteria that they arbitrarily reduced it further to 75. It's illegal to give an IQ test to a black student in California. Literally.

Most black students should be failed. But we can't have people recognizing the biological reality of race. So they're allowed to graduated despite being as dull and violent as ever.

It's a linguistic trick they play where almost everyone reading these clickbait headlines assumes that literacy is binary, i.e. you're either literate or you aren't, but really they're referencing arcane levels of literacy that the audience has no clue how to define.

Ever been to a high school with a large black population? It's just like it is in the movies. It's a ghetto daycare. Teachers aren't going to send half the class to the office, every period, and they're not going to fail half the class, because then it reflects poorly on them. It's a lost cause. The definition of illiteracy is based on reading written language, but that's out of date. Everyone has an iPhone now with pictures and videos on demand. Niggers do much better at reading pictures and watching videos. Perhaps it's time to drop written language altogether if not everyone can do it and it holds some people back. To expand on this, why have we had to spend the past 20 years learning the DEI was a stupid idea, and now it's all being arduously undone? It's the same reason. They saw blacks and Hispanics are generally too dumb to be doctors and lawyers, and so they reduced the barrier of entry to hide this fact.
