I've been to many drug zombie zones here and abroad. I literally seek out these open air markets when I visit a new city due to my fascination with them. I also grew up in Fishtown section of Kennsington in Philly and know multiple people who OD'd. Bombing drug boats isn't going to do anything. Criminalizing drug use won't do anything.
