what they really do believe is that culture or nurture can rewrite whatever nature we have
so even if genes determine behavior and intelligence, the state or culture can re-engineer it
it can make a black into a white, so to speak

The end state of liberalism was eugenics but for some reason they took an offramp and now their ideology is entirely incoherent.
