The only difference is is that men achieve these things professionally and their families benefit from it. Men that are dedicated to their craft earn more and provide a better life. Men that start a business of their own can hire their own family and teach them, handing down the business as a result.
You don't have to mention your family because it's implied that the more successful you are the better off your family becomes. Your wife gets a better life, your children do.
Women think this is some enorm "GOTCHA" because their careers and the pursuit of their "dreams" usually run contrast to the general welfare of the family, while a man pursuing his ambitions practically always benefits the family.
It's just another example of women being so solipsistic they believe their lives, thoughts, and experiences are 1:1 the same as men.
