I worked on this building during construction. It had cracks before it even opened. I remember taking a shit on one of the top floors and feeling the sway of the building, wondering how the hell is concrete going to hold up? The union workers stuck a bunch of nasty shit in the walls before finishing them as well.

TONS of saudis / Arabian guys in traditional garbs would tour it with the general contractors. The perimeter windows are floor-to-ceiling, and don't open at all so the HVAC system is the only way they can get air moving around those penthouse apartments. Every few floors had a utility floor that stored pumped water and stuff. For the union guys, this job was MONGO CENTRAL. This job site was completely robbed and so many guys made hefty bonuses with material they "found lying around." The morale was pretty low, the accommodations like porter potties were really shitty and not enough of them. Guys were leaving work like an hour early because it would take a long time to get down from the top floors (they didnt want workers on the elevator that rich people will take so we had to use a small external temp. service elevator that fit like 10 guys at a time, and took forever to get down.) EVERYONE cut corners on the job because of how bad morale was.

I was like shit the maid wakes up to a beautiful view and gets to have her own bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. Nobody could build this structure successfully because it completely abandons the basic principles of architectural stability. It's something like 15x taller than it is wide, with no taper from the base to the top.

Try stacking 15 dice one atop the next and see how stable that structure is. Even the slightest breeze would knock it over.
