My father died, and left me his house. I sold it, paid off my mom's house and have it in my name, and I already owned my truck, and I paid off her car. I then took the rest of the money and invested it. My brother does the same kind of thing with his wife. Property is how you take little amounts of money and turn it into bigger amounts. I only live on enough to have basic needs met, and I buy nothing I do not need or REALLY want(like chemicals for my "experiments").
