i know that palace, its one of the central buildings for the waterworks of the city, i thin they wanted to build a giant cuppula on top of it but the engeneer got there through nepotism, was incompetetent and constructed the building in a way that it couldnt support it,

dangerous at night in the streets away from the transited areas, lots of cheap stores selling knockoff shit and chinese crap, still well connected and near the center of the city and for some reason it was filled with africans selling shit on the street (recently they were told to fuck off by police).

lots of terrible low skilled work with low pay and exploitiative bosses. its a known place to look for shitty work in an hour of need if you sell your soul.
