When I was young I loved horror movies. ( It was the 70s - 80s and they really boomed then)
Now after seeing the envelope pushed so far, and being old and tired of negative shit, I don't like horror movie and have just pretty much out grown them.
Seeing all the horror in the world, especially after being on here for so many years......I figure why add to it?
If I watch things now it's like Monster Squad or vintage monster movies, Hammer horror and paranormal stuff but I stay away from torture porn like Terrifier and all.

I saw that happen at a BDSM festival where everyone was on LSD and METH.

Honestly its not a horror movie though.
Its just a dark comedy gore show.
I find it boring because its so simple.
The clown gets someone and kills them in a horrible way and moves on.
Theres no real horror involved.

I also enjoyed Cats and the Human Centipede trilogy. They're all transgressive and offensive and evoke such strong emotions from people, yet these same people can be so blasé about nonfiction modern horrors. It's fascinating to watch from a distance, to to speak.
