Me personally? I have a family.
I would buy as much life insurance as I could get to leave them as much money as I could.
Then spend as much time enjoying my remaining time with my family as possible.

Id think of my grandkids before doing anything crude.

Spend my last days with my family until I die. Also I would stop eating to starve my cancer and would look up experimental methods to heal me where I apply as volunteer.

If my parents would already be dead I would give everything I have to my brother instead and after that I would either play GTA in real life or buy a one way ticket to some African or Carribbean shit hole to live a comfy live on beaches and impregnate bitches until I die or magically heal

My father told me a story about a case like this. Guy been told he got a terminal gut cancer. Gone full fomo took fuckload of loans. He lived 2 more years and lived like shit till later he learned that the guy froze to death in his house before it got taken away from him to pay off a loan.
