The advice is technically correct. It will stop the cancer growth. But more to the point, bone cancer is not curable in any capacity. You can remove the impacted bone, you can nuke him with chemo, but if it's in the marrow he's basically dead already and compassionate paliative care is the only solution as it progresses.

All drugs and supplements are toxic. The best thing you can do is feed your dog fresh raw animal products from healthy animals. Healthy animals are those that have not been given any medication and were fed properly (unlike your dog). The most helpful things would be organs, bone marrow, and blood.
