Trump's rise is very similar to the roman empire. We're in the Julius Caesar era

Just like Caesar, he spent most of his life on military campaign (building business is the modern equivalent, literally competing with other organized groups for market shares) before coming back to a broken and divided empire which he tried to reunite. But the patricians and wealthy senators did not like his populist stance and felt threatened, even tried to assassinate him in a political setting like they did Caesar.

I don't think trump will accomplish everything, might even die at some point in the future, plunging the country in a civil war; but then Barron (Augustus) will come in with a vengeance and his youthful vigor to finish what his father could not.

This isn't the end of the US empire, but rather the start of it's 2nd golden age.

Augustus literally set Rome up for failure in the long-term. He created a system of government that couldn't function unless someone as competent as him was at the helm. Within a generation of his death, the fatal flaws of that system were already starting to manifest with Caligula, Nero, and the Year of the Four Emperors.

Caesar's family was patrician but wasn't particularly prominent or rich (you could say his family was moderately well off, but he wasn't anywhere as rich as Pompey, who was born to very wealthy patricians).

Caesar conquered France and was the first Roman to enter Britain. He genocided the Gauls which laid the foundation for the Franks to populate the region and create modern day France. He laid the foundation for the colonization of Britain which laid the foundation for the entry of the Anglo Saxons.
