Homesteading
Homesteading is based. Drop out of the Jewish slave system and start a homestead like your forefathers. If you can swing a hammer, you can build a small cabin. A complete solar setup for a small family is under $6k now if you DIY it.
>wahhh I can't afford a house
Let me guess: You need more.

>Let me guess: You need more.

Yes i need food and water. How do i get it out in the middle of nowhere?
>No i am not going to raise cattle.
>No i am not going to attempt to raise chickens.

So how do i eat? What if i get injured? No running water, no stable electricity. I know for a fact people who homestead have to rely on a large amounts of propane to power their fridges. They drink water from a well. They get food transported in. It's expensive to homestead. How do you make money? You are out in the middle of nowhere. I am struggling making money as it is in an urban settlement.

you can buy some in Krasnogorsk before it is consumed and then in 5 years or so you will own land in Moscow.
You will sell it right away though.

They had a scheme in Russia (I think it's still going) where they would GIVE you land in a temperate area of Siberia, It was aimed at Brits but I think others can go too.

There was conditions that you had to live there and work the land, not just sit overseas awning property.

I've watched videos of people in Siberia and it's not for the faint-hearted, you need to be pretty tough.

Some chinesium inverters go for under $200 now
4x 12V 200ah lifepo4 batteries will be maybe another 1000-1500?
550W monocrystal panels are 150ish? Get, say 12.
$150 on wires and connectors
$150 on materials for frames

Total:
$3800 on a system that
>peaks at 6.6kwt (actual output depends on time of year and position but if you get 1/4 of that for 6 hours you're all charged)
>has the capacity of 9.6kwth which is enough to keep the lights and fridge running for 24 hours without any light whatsoever
Increase standby time for shtf scenarios by getting more panels, more batteries or a small gas generator

>Homesteading is based. Drop out of the Jewish slave system and start a homestead like your forefathers.
And how will you finance said homestead?

Because of property taxes and other taxes, you do not "own" your own property. You cannot just live on a farm and do subsistence farming. You owe the government money for existing.

Oh, you want to turn your farm into a business too so you can pay those taxes? Well now, here's a shitload of regulations you have to follow and some more taxes you have to pay. Oh you can't pay those either? Well now your farm will be seized.

There's a reason "homesteading" is done only by rich boomers living off their savings.

The problem with this desing is that the roof does not extend atleast 60cm from the side of the wall outwards. With 60cm you will start getting benefit of the wind dynamics making almost even storm rain not reach your siding. This makes the outer walls very durable and maintenance free in even areas with heavy rainfall.

Can't do that here. Municipalities demand permits for everything and will issue fines until they get their way. Police do nothing to stop crime, but will crawl over themselves to enforce these rules.
