Can anybody explain why low birth rates is a bad thing? it seems like this "problem" will just solve itself eventually

The problem is that white and Asian birth rates are declining, but black and brown rates are not. Those jobs will still go unfilled because the only people smart enough to fill the wont exist anymore.
