We don't know enough about the different proto humans that formed the European genetics. In the past 50k years, we saw extreme divergence of Homo europaeus from the other Homo sapiens subspecies, and we cannot really say jews are certainly neanderthals (as opposed to another strain). In all likelihood, their genetics come from the inbreeding following the mongrelization of their canaanite forebears.

however, the points i'm making are not unsubstantiated. The Y chromosomes being replaced and other things are known about Neanderthals.
