Younger people are not only physically superior but mentally much sharper and more capable of learning new things. In any fair competition men ages 17 to 25 would win every time. Maybe up to 40 in something more heavily intellectual.

No only that, but today's younger people (roughly millennials onward) have grown up in an era of high-speed technological growth and the unprecedented access to knowledge provided by the internet.
