How does the concept of praying and miracles work within the conceptual framework of free will? For God to intervene in this world, even once, completely throws a spanner into the concept of free will, he has nudged and guided "random chance" and "free" will. Yet seemingly Christians worldwide believe they pray and have a dialogue with Jesus or God and in turn he influences their life for the better. It is all very odd and the whole things reeks of human wish fulfillment.
