I work at a FAANG company and interviewed several candidates for an open software engineering role, they were all Indian men that went to some no-name state college doing their Masters and did their undergrad in India. I don't understand how these fucks manage to get past through the resume filter and phone screening phase.

My coworkers and I are stunned, despite how bad the job market is we don't understand how these guys manage to get past everything and make it to the final rounds. I've been holding the line but I don't know how much longer I can stand. They are legitimately bad and I know there are plenty of good candidates out there.
