Who do you report food pantries to for giving out rotten food? The Salvation Army in Bismarck did that. Went there a while ago, got food pantry, and the meat was frozen (which is fine) and rotten (which isn't). I didn't realize it was rotten, tried to cook it, then the rotten smell nearly made me vomit. I had to toss it in the trash and scrub my pan clean. It was really disgusting. Are they trying to kill poor people? Sure seems like it. How the fuck are people who would normally have SNAP expected to survive when food pantries are giving out rotten food?

For sausage, lots of times slightly off meat is still edible enough if you salt it a ton and cook to a high temp, and butchers are not trying to waste product. Hot dogs are literally butcher floor sweepings and always have been.
For jeets, well, the average IQ of jeetland is like 76 so that should tell you all you need to know there

They get millions in donations and still manage to fuck it up by giving poor people rotted meat.

Ehh, I've eaten some pretty questionable meat and I'm pretty much fine. I know some hunters who will leave a dead deer in a tree for two weeks, and just discard the air exposed jerky layer when processing. Or leave dead birds hanging from their head in the crotch of a tree branch and not come to collect them until they fall out on their own.
It sounds disgusting but it always tasted fine and never made me sick.
What did make me a little sick was eating some slightly questionable elk meat blue rare. I'm sure if I'd actually cooked it, it would have been fine.
