For the language/library you're using.
Usually you can just google "[language] documentation" and it should give you what you need.
Also helps having the books on any given language, but mostly in digital form so you can just CTRL+F whatever you want to figure out.
It's a pain in the ass to get through, but picking up a fundamental understanding on the language you're working with makes you worth your weight in gold compared to most people that do it as a 9-5.

Well each link in that list goes to a section containing the specific functions that deal with whatever the name implies.
For example, if you wanna do something with files, everything you need would be listed under "file system".
Might take a bit of getting used to the terms used, which could be helped by an LLM, but once you figure that out, you can pretty easily search through that list to find the functions you need for the thing you want to make.
