Recently in Nigeria they were trying to increase the age of consent to 18 years old until the men began rioting and it was swiftly dropped so now men can go back to raping little girls, in east asian countries pedophilia runs rampant and because of their shame based culture where the sole objective is to not rock the boat, the victims typically stay silent. In Arabic countries child marriages are normalized. In latin american countries the men rape and molest children all the time and most of them never see any jail time whatsoever.

I would imagine being able to navigate the dark web and operate anything other than Chrome and Safari has an impact on acquisition
