Terrible list. It should be a mix of economy, exports, military, diplomatic power, alliances, cultural power, global perception, energy output, natural resources, etc. I say top 10 should be
1. USA
2. China
[Large power Gap, or EU if you include them]
3. Japan (over Russia mainly because of alliances, importance to US, global cultural influence, and manufacturing)
4. Russia (mainly over Germany for natural resources, experienced military, alliance with China-North Korea-Iran, diplomacy is unrestricted by organizations like the EU. Though global image drops them below Japan)
5. Germany (potential to surpass Russia if they stop being retarded about nuclear energy, immigration, and censoring freedom of speech)
[small power gap]
6. France (over Britain because of leading EU diplomacy, strong military, still has some presence in Africa, more self-sufficient)
7. Britain (on track to drop more unless they start mass deportations and stop arresting people for memes)
8. South Korea
9. Israel (military, spying, blackmail on US politicians, holds entire world hostage over WW3, but now everyone hates them)
10. India (Barely makes the list because of high population, but everyone hates them too now)
