correct me if im wrong but israelis are indigenous to europe and they may have converted to judaism in the past, as opposed to the ancestors of other europeans who converted to christianity, but fundamentally they are not that distinct genetically or phenotypically from white people, the idea that they are stems simply from the fact that they practice a different religion, which is really stupid, and that is because the concept of whiteness is made up and fake, depending on who you asked and the time period or location you were asking it in, eastern europeans wouldnt have been considered white, say by mid 20th century americans or germans, fast forward a few decades and eastern europeans are considered white.
