It's genetics. The low skeletal muscle mass phenotype was found in remains from aboriginal Indians thousands of years ago.

Indians are actually genetically predisposed to the lowest muscle mass out of any race.

Average human has around 22Kg of skeletal muscle mass. Yet indians, have around 16KG and indian boys also have higher fat tissue density concentrated around the belly and hips. physical work & training can't be cheated like copying homework or lines of codes (which brings up why indians flock to CS but really idiots in construction, manufacturing). codes can be copied/cheated. But building a bridge, designing a laptop; that's actual labor where you have to actually do the job. And any indian see any job that requires you to do some tinkering with hands = low caste.
