I find Muslims from the Middle East region to be pleasant and chill and easygoing compared to Muslims from the Indian subcontinent who appear arrogant and carry a chip on their shoulder. Muslims from Middle East also appear not so rigid about religion, for instance you see Saudi people celebrating Halloween, music festivals etc

This is strange given that Salafism and Wahhabism is associated with Arab countries whereas Indians and Pakis are supposed to be "tolerant" moderate Sufi types.

You do get extremists from the other groups as well especially Somalis, but from my experience, Muslims from Pakistan, Bangladesh and India are way more fanatical whereas Turks, Iranians, Iraqis, Kurds, Moroccans, Egyptians, Saudis, Emiratis, Jordanians, etc are generally more relaxed and chill and don't constantly bash everyone over the head with smaller religious rules and prohibitions.
