Homosexuality:

>ruins the future of young men
>harms the psyche of children
>attracts and encourages illicit drug use
>results in a very high rate of suicide

Paying for heterosexual sexual is persecuted but is almost entirely harmless.

Homosexuality isn't a crime, so it would be a waste of resources to set up a sting just to shame people.
