Rightwing politics is getting dumber because Reagan era optimism is running out. It's true to a degree, there are no monarchs in America so historically the center in this left/right conversation starts somewhere else, but there is a rightwing those who side against liberal democracy or at least inch away from it by targeting groups to exclude from it. But what is the right if it typically supports women and blacks voting? That's why you see in that one chart that shows diversity of thought on the right; there aren't just monarchists and fascists, there is every variation of answers to what should happen to women in this country. Which faith should make the rules.
