For me it was when I started screaming at my mum about how she hated me my whole life for not being born a female. It was all true and she was horrible but I still need her money... once I quit I was able to bury my feelings of resentment and disgust like I did my whole fucking life.

When you get grumpy and irratible with mood swings, 2 days post smoke. A lot of old smokers downplay this, they are in denial. If you have a spouse and children, they notice this . They often have to deal with this behavior which can develop into verbal and physical abuse. Been there done that. Ashamed to this day.
