Almost no niggers in my town. Saw a dark as Africa nigger in the grocery store. He got 5 boxes of cereal and a gallon of milk. 1) Nothing in Art 1, Sec 8 says the government can spend money on SNAP. officially, it's to aid farmers under the interstate commerce clause and not to get doriteos for niggers.
2) Nothing in the Constitution gives courts the power to dictate government sending. They need a law and the law says no money, no funding.
