Has anyone even read The Unknown Warriors? This isn't remotely shocking and the book is over 15 years old.
TLDR; Guy makes open letter in the mid 2000s to anyone involved with WW2, asking them about their service and their view of the UK now. The response was overwhelmingly negative, they talk about immigration, failing social systems, gay marriage, etc. They didn't recognize their country and a massive chunk of them outright say they wouldn't have fought for the UK if they could see how it would turn out. The responses were all gathered and published in the book and I'm actually shocked made it through the publisher.

What is per capita

I'd much rather fight a civil war against those that hate me in my own country (politicians, police, lefties etc) than fight a foreign country for no real reason other than because those same people that hate me think I should. All it would take is for a foreign country to supply weapons, until then, all you'll see, potentially see, is political reform.
