The nose is, contrary to popular belief, not the easiest tell, especially since it can easily be modified via plastic surgery. It's the eyes, more specifically the eye socket shape. Some people that might otherwise be seen as having "european appearance" in reality have asian skull shapes, which leads to most of these people having flabby skin covering the upper eyelids. They try to hide it by raising their eyebrows (which leads to wrinkles in their foreheads) and sometimes even surgically removing that skin but that makes the orbital bone shape even more visible, so they can only hide this from people that are oblivious to this knowledge.
