Underestimating other countries/nations ends up with constant rude awakening and the West experiences it more and more often since 2008. Boston Dynamics has been sold three times, fired a lot of staff, abandoned hydraulic actuation and now uses Chinese motors/actuators to try to catch up.

They have been around too long without big products in the market (1992). Their humanoid robots are neat demos in controlled environments but never leave the lab. Their battery life is around 65 seconds. They are far away from commercialization. Hyundai is trying to sell them.
China's Unitree G1 and H1 robots are in full mass production and available to purchase. They have over 2 hours of battery life. They even host robotic runnng marathons open to the public.

Quadruped robot vastly outclasses any shit with tracks in infantry tasks. Legs conquer slopes, stairs and extremely uneven terrain where tracks bog down or snap. It is much faster and stealthier so it excels in dynamic combat scenarios. It becomes super deadly in swarms.

No man. Lmao. Quadruped robots can literally not handle sharp terrain yet. We are a LONG way away from even getting them able to flip themselves uprgight.

Tracked vehicles can overcome far more obstacles, including trenches. Which is literally what they were designed to do over a century ago.

Conventional octocopter style drones are FAR better infantry replacement tools than quadraped robots are. And they are a much simpler, cheaper technology

the Chinese in particular?
rote-learning, no strong individualistic culture of questioning the status quo, or students being able to question educators; a logographic language which inherently stifles novelty, essentially along the lines of a Sapir-Whorf linguistic determinism; an academic system which is not at all rigorous, or even interested in the truth; a still somewhat centralised mode of funding within academia and industry, resulting in development meant to achieve parity with the West, rather than a natural and inquisitive progression of scientific development which would otherwise be produced from the idiosyncrasies of the Chinese mind and culture; and this cultural mindset of playing catch-up to the West spanning several decades, inculcating an over-reliance on cloning or making facsimiles Western tech (much like the practices of the Soviet computer industry in attempting to maintain parity by copying Western chips killed their ability to domestically innovate)

I'm not calling them dumber on a genetic level, I'm simply pointing out that they have been, and self-evidently are, less innovative

it's simply far less impressive when they demonstrate robots with incredible balance years AFTER the West has already pioneered the tech, and the same for AI
it's far less impressive when their car industry produces clones of Western and Japanese cars, and it's far less impressive when their MIC seemingly without fail produces copies of Western and Soviet designs and prototypes

its a Zenoic approach, flawed from the outset, wherein the attempt to reach parity prevents the formation of the exact circumstances which would afford the ability to ever surpass

Advanced quadrupeds like the Unitree A2 offer compelling advantages over drones for specific weaponized roles. Drones are loud, battery-limited and fragile. In contrast, a platform like the A2 can run for hours, carry over 30kg and provide a stable base for rifles or explosives. Its legs traverse stairs, rubble and forests where drones need open sky. For stealth, robo-dogs are near-silent at a trot while drones are unmistakable. Indoors, drones lose GPS and crash, dogs navigate via LiDAR. They are also more resilient to communications jamming and can operate autonomously.

Maybe they did. I am not the one to judge. I have some remote Jewish ethnic origins after my mom, but i dont consider myself Jewish at all. From what i observed, stereotypical Jewish nature oscilates around unconditional survival. Jews just want to live, they are scared of death, which creates grotesque behaviour: they try to utilize everyone and everything at their own tribal benefit. Thats why i think it is naive to perceive Jews as a source of universal interhuman prosperity and well-being xD

Jews are rather primitive.

>superior nations

You are not superior. You are a nation of dysgenic ethnic/cultural/national mutts treated worse than a livestock by your own ruling class and since 2020/2021 also delibetately mass-murdered

Unitree G1 is partially open-source: Unitree has released algorithms, hardware designs, datasets, and SDKs like unitree_il_lerobot on GitHub for community collaboration. It supports continuous OTA updates and secondary development via ROS. The Chinese use a combo of commercialization, open source and real-time market feedback for super-fast improvement.
