Boston Dynamics has been sold three times, fired a lot of staff, abandoned hydraulic actuation and now uses Chinese motors/actuators to try to catch up.

They have been around too long without big products in the market (1992). Their humanoid robots are neat demos in controlled environments but never leave the lab. Their battery life is around 65 seconds. They are far away from commercialization. Hyundai is trying to sell them.
China's Unitree G1 and H1 robots are in full mass production and available to purchase. They have over 2 hours of battery life. They even host robotic runnng marathons open to the public.

Quadruped robot vastly outclasses any shit with tracks in infantry tasks. Legs conquer slopes, stairs and extremely uneven terrain where tracks bog down or snap. It is much faster and stealthier so it excels in dynamic combat scenarios. It becomes super deadly in swarms.
