You can buy a 4 inch Mora online for less than $20. After committing the murder, hold onto the knife and bike to the outskirts of your town/city. Drop it in a small body of water where nobody bothers to look in time. All the evidence will be gone in a day, no matter how much it had your DNA on it.

My favorite targets are shitskins who sit in public parks doing nothing. You can easily creep up behind one of them and slash their carotid artery. They'll have no idea what hit them.

Oh and it doesn't matter how much you stab your victims, you will only do real damage once you hit the carotid/subclavian artery or the heart. It will be quiet, over in 10-15 seconds, victim wont have enough time to scream. Vast parks e.g. Central Park are your optimal hunting grounds. No cameras, sparse enough, yet a lot of victims.
