"Ultraconswrvatists" dont particularly dislike islam that much so your whole premise is flawed. It's the fact that it is the religion of invaders and the 8nvaders are bad, not the religion. Of course islam and jewism share much of the same retardations like pig meat ban and mutilatong their kids which every sane cpnservative opposes, ultra or not. But real actual conservatism should ultimately be about conserving your people (race in the bigger picture) so religious disputes are pretty irrelevant.
