in america we just throw money at things until they turn to shit, that’s what we did with the housing market and crashed it into the ground, there’s a 10-20 year lead however on us forgetting everything we learned and doing the same thing again

the real reason that people keep throwing browns into everyone’s countries is because they saw what happened when people stop buying houses - everyone’s headed off a demographic cliff and the largest store of value in any country is it’s land available for purchase and how the retards living on it pay their subscription to do so

back in the day we actually had state-funded house building here in norway, helped keep apartments affordable, ofc when we joined EØS it conflicted with their rules (?) and it kinda just stopped because the construction now has to be done on the open market, apparently that was a stopper
