Oi m8 do u have a loicense to kill and eat an animal
A loicense that costs almost as much as if you just went out and bought one
And you'd better not shoot anything out of season or that'll be a hefty fine and permit confiscations and probably the ATF trying to take your rifle as a precautionary measure

you stupid demoralizing jewish nigger shill, my license cost $35.00 for the year with the archery add-on. and doe tags are $6 each. if you are a lazy retarded nigger and take your deer to a butcher, you deserve to pay the $125+ to get the deer processed and only get half of the meat from it. I do the ones I get myself for free. I had a freezer full of meat all the way until this year's season started, and I paid absolutely nothing for it.

but do enjoy all those hormones and chemicals they put in your plastic-wrapped meat you buy at the store.

>don't go hunting, it's so expensive for all the gear and licenses. it's cheaper to just buy our poisoned meat from the store, goy.

this is the buck behind my house that I'm going after this year. He's at least 6 years old.

that's a nice buck. they have antler restrictions in the WMU that i live, so you can only shoot them if they have 3 up on either side, not counting the brow tines.
it gives the deer a chance to live a few years and get bigger before they are harvested. that's why we have such big bucks everywhere. it's a pain when all that come by are spikers, but it makes for nicer bucks.
youth hunters can shoot a spike or whatever.

unfortunately, we can't shoot deer off of feeders or corn piles here, but u can hunt on a food plot or apple tree. it has to be growing naturally.

For hunting to be any bit worthwhile you need to live in a…
>low population state
>have your own land
>hope the license is reasonably priced
>hope the DNR land isn’t packed
>hope they don’t have wack cartridge restrictions
>hope they don’t have retarded sponsor rules on new hunters.

If you’re a new hunter it isn’t easy as getting a gun and license and going at it. (Depending on what state you live in)

well, they are usually more nervous during high winds, because they can't hear the dangers and it's harder for them to smell what's around.
most times I've noticed they stick to their beds or thick areas when it's really windy. you are a lot less likely to see them in any open areas. but u can get them when it's windy.

I also don't like being in a tree stand or in my tree saddle that is bucking around like riding a pissed off bull. sometimes it's about risk v reward with high winds. I had a big branch fall on my head in a windstorm, and it took 15 staples to close it. I'm terrified of the tree I'm in falling on me in the middle of the woods, and I just die alone smashed under it.

this refers to 15-20+ mph gusts. anything under that is fine usually.

EVERYBODY START BURDENMAXXING IMMEDIATELY. THIS IS NOT A DRILL

Start stealing and become a burden on society. First thing you should do is quit your worthless wagie job. Don't bother applying for benefits, welfare or any other government assistance unless you really can't help yourself. I personally prefer to also GHOSTMAXX, no properties in my name, no hand outs, no benefits, no taxes, just living in the shadows of society and outside of the system as much as I can, but I digress. Simply take everything you need from big corporations, resell it and enjoy life. Hit their jew warehouses and megastores and become an honest reseller. Make sure to post about it and encourage more people to become burdens like you. Once enough people do this, their system collapses. Also always remember how over half the population got vaxxed and sided with the government. Make them pay and enjoy that too. This is how you get back at the jews, the governments, the corporations, the normie cattle and everybody else who wronged you.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NTV2S2OtrfM

There is nothing more that jews and their wagie cattle fear than you anon taking a big fat shit on their jewified society, never forget that.

wat? are u sure you aren't thinking of the people that either fall out of the trees from not having a safety harness, or have heart attacks trying to drag deer?
always wear a safety harness. it's actually the law here. they can cite you for not wearing one. and I support this. 5 seconds of forethought can save you from breaking your back or worse. I have a safety line on all my stands for my harness that I climb up attached to..

>>521013330
This. A hunter’s main concern should be a quick humane kill and rifles provide that consistently. Bow hunters get a bad rap for inhumane kills because morons take it up thinking with the “people did it like this for thousands of years and therefore I’m better than you” mindset and they end up wounding animals because they don’t practice enough. Ancient hunters using spears, atl-atls, and bows turned their game into pincushions. Objectively a far worse death for the animal. Plus, a quick human kill with a rifle or well placed arrow makes better tasting meat.

I'm pretty sure you can if you have a CCW for the pistol here, but it's just easier and safer to try to put another arrow into it, or just cut its throat, or put a blade into its heart and twist it. deer are tough animals.
I wish I was as tough as a deer.
I hate it when they have to suffer any longer than absolutely necessary.
I have my crossbow dialed in right, so I don't make too many bad shots. but it happens, and losing an injured deer is the worst feeling in the world to me.

Do you eat meat? If so, you’re not allowed to have that opinion. If you’re just morally opposed to killing animals then I respect that and think you should be free to live a vegan life. I find a lot of value in supplementing veggies with wild game.

There are shared interests between hunters and vegans believe it or not. Both groups want healthy wildlife habitat and are pro conservation. A lot of hunters truly value procuring healthy wild game for themselves opposed to supporting the meat industry, myself included. I have no problem with vegans but you guys are barking up the wrong tree by attacking hunters. Hunters kill animals that lived a good healthy free range life. Their moments of agony in death pale in comparison to the lifetime of agony that the vast majority of consumed animals experience in industrial meat processing.

Depends on where you hunt. If you have lots of area available to you, stalking is great and challenging. However, a lot of the public land in the U.S. is pretty overrun with other hunters, and some of them are retards who shoot at whatever moves, so sometimes it's safer to sit still. I hunt on my property and it's not large and the wind is tricky and if I'm moving around, it's easy to spook things off to where I can't access. I'll still stalk if for practice and fun and occasionally get things, but if I want to fill the freezer, then I'm going to sit and make sure I get something.

Whatever you say chief
"hunting" covers a lot of real estate
Even "deer hunting" covers a lot of real estate
Here in the Southeast, there's really no opportunity to make a long shot - the cover is *thick* most places - to the point where you put your ear flaps down, your collar up and walk backwards through the brambles to keep from getting hung up
Though I have made a 400m shot successfully because a friend let me hunt his back fields. Paced 450m to the wire and the animal was just inside of the fence.
Out West, where there's not but 6 trees between Texas and the Canadian border, so 450m is a very short shot.
Profoundly, "it depends".

What are you hunting for?

Hunting blinds have been used for thousands of years by all cultures and there is some thought and knowledge involved in setting up a successful blind. Blind hunting is super popular in the eastern US where a lot of folks have 10-20 acre properties in rural/semi forested areas where there are ample whitetail. 10-20 acres is a good sized plot but “stalking” as you say is not really possible. If you own land it makes more sense to have a tree stand or blind for the most efficient harvest of meat.

I agree that stalking is more fun and rewarding and that’s the only kind of hunting I do now where I live. When I used to live in MI I’d hunt private land from a blind to make sure I got one in my freezer (because ultimately that is what matters most) and then I’d go after another one stalking on public land.

In fairness, the British East India Company - while they had their man in China stealing tea plants to grow in India to undercut the Chinese market (a Scotsman, if memory serves) - had him obtain Chinese Chestnut trees in order to try and undercut the US American Chestnut market.
They tried growing them here unknown to the Americans. They imported the blight.
It killed almost every American Chestnut tree in North America.
50 miles a year, every year. Till it was almost extinct.
Billions of trees dead. There were so many, that even now there are still saplings popping up but they do not reach maturity.
They die of the blight after reaching maturity in 7 years.
It was the single greatest biological disaster in human history in North America. Because of greed.
There are a few left. I know of one, personally.
They are protected. And kept secret.
So, it wasn't "all us".

if the arrow/crossbow bolt can kill a deer, it can kill a bear. just hit them in the heart/lungs, and they will die rather fast. most times the arrow goes right through and sticks in the ground if you hit the right place. when they're running away with it hanging out of them, that means you hit muscle or somewhere you shouldn't have.
40-70 lbs draw weight for a bow is more than sufficient to take down most big game-- deer/elk/bear if you hit them in the vitals.

really gamey if you know what that means. more earthy than roe or fallow. i think it was you saying that you don't like liver so you might not like red deer. makes absolutely fabulous stews and pies though. i don't have any mounts, haven't got the space being a yuropoor.
>Europe extracted immense wealth from colonial North American industries.
yeah it was our land when we were doing that. you took it from us remember? that was 250 years ago. since then, it's all you fren.

>take some responsibility for your actions
I understand your reluctance to accept this information
But, it absolutely DID happen
British East India Company had their man steal tea plants
While he was doing that, he acquired Chinese chestnut trees for the express purpose of undercutting the Americans
This around the time The Milner Group had their little meeting in a cold drawing room in 1890 and decided to cozen up to the Americans because they knew a war was coming, so the attitude towards the Americans was "who cares?"
They brought the blight to North America. It caused an extinction level event.
These are the facts on the ground
Playing at Whataboutism is immature when presented with information that makes you look bad
As far as the rest of your post, there's more than enough blame for disasters to go around for everyone
Much has been done out of greed. Some has been done out of malice.
I'm being objective here - I would appreciate it if you did the same

fucking right they were that mad. those cocksuckers fucked everyone else over. they spent thousands of dollars in gear and worked hard for those tournaments, all to have 2 niggers with a box of sinkers steal it all from them. and ask yourself, how long have they been cheating?? how much prize money and other stuff did they steal? I would be furious too.
Here's the vid of them being caught.

they find the sinkers in the fish at 14:48.

drinking and hunting sucks. first off if you're caught, they will take all your stuff and give u a giant fine.
second, it makes me all drowsy and clumsy and it REALLY affects my aim. I don't want to fall out of my tree stand or off of a cliff, and I don't want wounded deer running around with my arrow in it. it's not worth the risks.

microplastics are stored in the balls.

Nice, dumbass. Now imagine if everyone who depended on SNAP were out there hunting and fishing - look at what happened to deer population during the depression - it was utterly devastated. I haven't seen data on fishing and alas my Grandad has passed away so I don't have his anecdotal evidence, but odds are fish pops were decimated too.

SNAP is a small expense which directly feeds money into the economy. It is a good thing and those looking to destroy it are insane morons.

They infected the east coast deer with CWD too, so now you'll get Kuru if you eat them.
It can't be cured, can't be cooked out, and lasts 25 years outside of the deer's body so could easily reach uninfected zones and takes years to show symptoms.

yeah they are gonna just maim the animals and let them escape, kill some of them and completely waste the meat. about 40 million people losing their snap, lets say just 1% of them start hunting, so 4 million people, the population of deer is about 25 million...and this is just assuming JUST snap recipients, ignoring that groceries are going up for EVERYONE in america, and not that 10% of the population at the poverty level as well, an additional 35 million people...

yeah deers not gonna be on the menu for very long lol

good luck op, should really check out how to store it long term for when that shits endangered

it's $26 for the general license for firearms, and I get an archery and muzzle loader add on.
i can buy up to 6 antlerless tags at $6 a tag for my WMU each season. I can also buy 6 from any other WMU in the state and use them there.
basically, you can get enough tags to get enough meat to last you and your family until the next season starts.
me and all my friends get at least 4 deer per season.

it's so nice not having to pay $4 a pound for shitty ground beef.
