i mean, government runs our education. if our government werent corrupted it would be a huge benefit in the education sphere, which is responsible for the public lack of understanding as to how basic biology works when concerning body weight, and the lack of the publics critical thinking capabilities. these responsibilities also land on parents to teach the children, but a good government would be hugely beneficial in this regard. are you an anarchist or something?

What are they eating? I'm guessing fucktons of carbs. Can you replace the carbs with something else, maybe proteins and fats (along with either some leafy greens or root vegetables)?

I'm hoping someone on here knows more about this sort of thing and can fill me in on the details.

Untill that "if" happens, it's our responsibility to educate among eachother and teach our children properly and tell them to do the bare minimum for school because it's not teaching them shit beyond how to study for tests and game the system.

May not be our fault but it's ultimately on us to improve things.
