To be fair to the zoomers, all of the articles I've seen shitting on them about how they're the most lazy generation or aren't able to hold down a job, like to omit the fact that in western countries this is also the least white generation to have entered the workforce. I don't even think the people writing those articles have put two and two together and figured that shilling for diversity, aka less straight white males in the workforce means the workplaces got shitter.
I'm a millennial who entered the workforce back when we had the "token" minority right, it was an annoyance alright and there are months (thanks to all these labour laws) that you just have to hold your tongue and wait for the process to be followed to where the company feels it's okay legally to finally fire someone. This compounds the more brown people and useless women that are there where, now the standard has been lowered and that strong ingroup preference and othering of white people means that you now have situations where utterly incompetent, insufferable people are never fired. And sure, you can leave jobs but when you leave you now made things worse for the people who stay and they leave. And the strategy of jumping ship stops working as there are record levels of non-whites, where now every company you apply for has jeets or even niggers. And also now these have wormed their way into management.
So I'm not shitting on zoomers for having to deal with that. In a way, they entered schools and the workforce with the lower standards but it doesn't mean people should generalise the whole generation. And I'm aware that things phones have also rotted their attention span but growing up with non-whites, nobody talks about how once that gets to a high enough threshold (like 30-40%) that that is now a serious degradation. None of it is talked about because it doesn't fit the agenda. So it should be talked about.
