Hi guys, life-long Democratic voter here. Not going to lie, I’m really demoralized. I consistently vote blue throughout the ballot in every election but watching my party cave to Orange Julius like this makes me want to sit out the 2026 midterms.

My Senator is up for reelection and crossed party lines to reopen the government. Voting for this Senator is rewarding this behavior plus it supports Schumer’s reelection as Leader. A few more years in the wilderness will help Dems realize that progressive voters are the future of the party.
