Unfortunately this sort of happened at the highschool I work at. A student came to me and said that a trans teacher who wore a dress would get erections during class and rub his dick against the podium. I told her to get video evidence and file a police report with the sheriff, not the city police. And not to go to the school about it.
So her and her parents did just that. The deputies arrested him at his home and he never came back.
Never go to the school district about anything. Either file a police report with a sheriff department, or state police. Or get a lawyer and file a lawsuit. There's no benefit in talking to them.
