CHEAP HOUSING FOR NEETS
Earthbag houses are the solution to the neet problem. They are incredibly cheap to build, and if you live in a country with affordable land your set. It was Star Wars that got me thinking along these lines. If you remember when the Jedi where defeated Yoda went to live in a mudhut on the swamp planet. I think George Lucas was trying to send us a msg, that when zog fully prices us out of living space that mudhuts will be a good option.

Cost Breakdown (Approximate for a 12' x 12' Earthbag Home)

Earthbags & Fill Material: $100 - $200

Foundation (Rubble Trench): Free (or minimal)

Rebar/Steel Rods: $50 - $100

Roofing (Corrugated Metal): $500

Plastering Materials: $50 - $150

Tools (if you don’t have them): $100

Miscellaneous (Doors, Windows, etc.): $200 - $400

Estimated Total Cost: $1,000 - $1,800

There are very few areas that will allow you to build those things.
The people building them are always looking for free labor to "teach" you how to do it.

You have to basically move to the middle of nowhere are resign yourself to a hippy lifestyle where you hope things will come through for you as you live in poverty.
Then one day the county commissioner is paid off to change some ruling and all your dirty homes are bulldozed for new Americans and government housing.

not sure how zoning works where you live, but they just look like sheds to me, not actual houses.

also easy to conceal.

as for building them, looks pretty simple.

You need a building permit in most of the world which requires an inspection.
These things are only allowed in desolate areas that don't do those types of checks and balances.

There's a community in my state, and I've seen others out west, but they are few and far between.
They're called earthships and it's always burn out hippies living in them.
They stack used tires and hammer dirt into them as a base for the wall.
They look decent finished, but without the knowledge of a few books, and some planning you're going to be living in a bullshit house that'll fall over or get condemned (rightfully so)

If we are playing make believe, can I have a Millennium Falcon to live in. It would be awesome 'cause I could literally commute to work, in my house ! If I had a light sabre I would never have to worry about blacks trying to stab me. I'd just chop off their limbs ! I'd get a Tie Fighter (Twin Ion Engine) that I'd attach to the Falcon for when I'd want to go out for a spin in something a bit more sporty and cruise for chicks. Like how those mega RVs have a sports car hidden away. It would be awesome to rent an apartment on cloud city for holidays. That Lando seems a pretty cool guy. Probably be a good laugh over a pint. That Ewok planet would be great to go camping in the forest. Maybe build my own tree house. You don't think they have Lyme disease there, do you? I'm not sure those Ewoks have the best hygiene. I'm not being racist or nothing, don't get me wrong, I like their culture, banging tunes and the food looks awesome, love me some ethnic grub, its just they probably get fleas and ticks. I'll have to look it up before I go...

Maybe drop the meme flag? where I live isn't exactly Arizona. I'd be better off using mud, or clay or something. I'd bake them solid and call them something, like, I dunno... maybe, bricks? I'd need some sort of adhesive to bond them together. Some sort of errr, mortar?

You have no idea how I would like something similar to this. Or some giant dome house built into the ground, or a pyramid house, or something that allows me to be nomadic. Slave niggers who screech about not being able to afford poorly maintained shitboxes will never understand being connected to nature. The native americans had it right, the eskimos have it right, the monoglian tribes have it right, and ironically the buttnaked african people also have the shape of their houses right.

just set up a tent in some national forest, get a solar panel maybe starlink if you want or just use your phone's data and you got all you need pretty much take a trip every week to get groceries and fuel explore. I would do this if i didn't live with mommy in fact i still do once a year, its comfy and you don't really miss too much. A phone can basically do everything you'd need internet wise, i used to even daytrade ofc im on neetbux so that helps

The earth-bags are the bricks, just as substantive for all purposes. Yes mud is used to layer on afterwards. Its how houses where made for thousands of years.

I really miss the weird combo of hippie/environmentalist/survivalist/prepper/militia-member/White separatist that emerged in the 90s. They almost single handedly drove the push for at home solar. I wish there was a name for them.

That's far more expensive than you think to build. Just the bags, or the barbed wire, runs into the man hundreds, minimum. If you use CalEarth or similar bags, thousands.

$100-$200 for earthbags, $50-$100 for rebar, and $200-$400 for doors/windows are pretty realistic, Earthbags cost about $0.50-$1 each (bulk), and fill dirt can often be free from construction sites or local farms.

Rebar for a small structure will run $50-$100 at most for 10-20 lengths, depending on where you buy it.

Doors & windows can be sourced cheap through salvage stores or Craigslist, basic doors running about $80-$150 new, or much less if used.
