I spend 5min a day doing it.
Report easy onrs first like pron (100% removal rate). Since it helps your IP/Cookie specific stats

Then move on to ones with lower removal rates.

Once you filter out memefags, VPN geofags, and install the 1PBTID Filter Add-On, you should be filtering at least 80-120 threads at a time. Especially once you edit the 1PBTID Filter settings, for maximum efficacy.

After that, start adding terms to your Comment & Subject Filters. I essentially almost always duplicate them for both of those filters. But in the comment Filter, make sure the format for shill threads is:
