Engineers in countries like India, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Poland, China, Japan are far superior to American new grads and will also work quietly and diligently. They are just easier to deal with, especially when they are grateful for living in a foreign rich nation. American people who chase high paying jobs need to stop and only go for a degree they like, even if there isn't much money in it. This way they are clogging up jobs for talented people who actually wanna work for a purpose not a paycheck. H1B is very good for people with a disadvantage.
