This is true. I work with the public and encounter a ton of boomer men, in a more rural setting. Politics comes up over the years, and during the 2024 election, they notice my doubt about Trump, but I'd be "begrudgingly voting for him". They always assured me I was being paranoid and it would be fine. Every single one now has come to me and is now talking about how we should be at war with israel let alone helping them, and that they "just don't understand what's wrong with trump now".
